After attending the University of Louisville, Elaine began her entrepreneurship as a successful business owner. Her extensive experience as a business owner; coupled with years of experience in the complex world of business sales, mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate, and business consultation, adds immense value to her business clients.
Her career includes a broad spectrum of business services, real estate, and entrepreneurship. She spent 10 years with a national brokerage firm and 13 years in independent practice/business consultation in Louisville, Salt Lake City, & Boise, facilitating the sale and transfer of more than 400 businesses in Main Street and Middle Markets. ($1,000,000-$25,000,000).
Elaine has owned several companies throughout her career, including a mergers & acquisition firm, dry cleaners/wholesale shirt laundry (6 locations), ladies retail shops (5 locations), nightclubs & restaurants, an advertising agency, a physical rehabilitation facility and coin laundries.
Elaine served three years on the Board of Directors for the Louisville Chapter of the National Associations of Women Business Owners, where she was a member for 10 years.
Her hobbies include golf, music, collecting Elvis memorabilia and writing novels & screenplays
