Cathy Hamilton

Cathy Hamilton has over 35 years of hands-on experience and leadership roles in commercial property management, corporate real estate and leasing ranging from neighborhood retail centers and industrial properties to low-rise, mid-rise and high-rise office buildings.  She has handled management and leasing transactions throughout much of the United States.  Her considerable experience includes client and tenant relations, construction management, lease administration, vendor contract negotiation and administration, and lease negotiations and documentation.  Prior to joining NAI Select, she worked for various real estate and private-sector companies, including Transwestern, McClellan Business Park, Granite Construction, AAA of Northern California Nevada and Utah, and JLL.

Cathy holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and a bachelor of science degree in business administration from California State University at Sacramento.  Ms. Hamilton is a member of the NAI Global Property Management Council, the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), and Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW).  She is a former member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and CoreNet.  She has served on the boards of directors of both IREM and BOMA, and the Natomas Transportation Management Association, and was the founding chair of the McClellan Park Transportation Management Association.
